Here, in the middle of the camp, burns a large camp fire. It is the source
of the awful smell, because the orcs didn't seem to have used wood to light
the fire, but mostly old bones and ... well you are not sure what else, and
you don't want to think about it.
There are four obvious exits: east, north, south, west.
Four clubs and a wooden stone-spiked club.
Block, an agile black&yellow-striped neuter creature and an ancient
white-haired male elf.

Popsi arrives in a puff of smoke.

knee-deep in the blood of the slaughtered orc families that have been
sleeping here. Seems that someone has viciously hacked them all down here.
Here also are the stinking clothes of many orcs.

Block yells: hoi my friend :)

You take your telescope and look south.
You have entered an orc camp. The stench is impressing, it seems to be a
mixture of rotting food, old corpses, and ... well, orcs. The ground is
covered with the remains of the last orcs' meals, which is hardly more than
the bones of unfortunate animals. The camp is a small dale in the mountains,
with steep, unclimable slopes at surrounding it. The only entrance is south
of where you are. On the other side, in the mountains to the north of it,
you can see the entrance into a cave.

cave. Both right and left are piles with bones and the equipment of
unfortunate adventurers. Monsters, guarding the entrance, make clear that
you won't be able to enter the cave as long as they're alive.

A fire elemental, a huge ugly male hill giant, a huge ugly neuter troll and
a stinking greedy male ogre.

Block yells: I left the trolls for now.. may I help you in there 
You amusedly shake your head in disagreement.

and there aren't any monsters sleeping here.
