     You are standing in the entrance of the Satai Headquarters in Padorn.
     The guard Faysor sits behind a desk working on some administrative tasks.
     Behind a thick curtain to the west is the training room, where members
     can learn their fighting arts.  To the north is another curtain, behind
     which is the public administration room, open to all visitors.  A narrow
     set of stairs leads up into the library.  Satais can < leave > the guild
     here, if they are aware of the consequences.  Those who aren't members
     themselves can < pay > money here to support the guild.

     This is a crossing of the Main Road and the West Road.
     On the street, you notice tracks of a wheeled vehicle.  They were
     made by a gypsy caravan, with thick black smoke pouring from the flue,
     and a klonking sound coming from inside... yes its the Smithy at work,
     mending armours for his living.  You almost miss the well in the
     center of the crossing.  Perhaps you could get water from it?
     There are four obvious exits: east, north, south, west.

     His deep green eyes are filled with a light that contrasts his dark
     hair sharply. They are filled with an intentness as they gaze back
     into your eyes. His face is somewhat solemn and quiet.
     You feel an aura of peace around him which is odd considering the
     obvious smell of blood around him. On his left cheek is a tattoo of
     a Phoenix rising from the ashes.
     He has scars on his left arm, right arm and left cheek.
     He is normal and lean for an elf.
     He looks fine.
     He is in good shape.
     He is somewhat weary.
     He is wearing a chaincoat of a bard, a chaincoif, a golden ring, a leather
     belt (with a decorated dagger attatched), a leather harness of a bard, a
     lyre shaped silver earring, a pair of leather leggings, a sash, a snake
     suit, a soft cape and a wiry amulet.

mountains.
